We are currently looking for independent worker with an international outlook who has microbiological analysis experience and can work in both English and Chinese. Conversational level of Dutch is a huge plus.
You will be one of the laboratory technicians in the microbiology department for setting up new methods in food testing and routine analysis.
Your tasks include:
Implement of new biological methods of dairy products and accomplish validation plan and reports.
Organization of routine testing and independent execution of project related experiments according to approved procedures, work plans, and quality requirements;
Connect other employees in the team, especially for Dutch employees;
Supports in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the procedures, techniques and equipment as used in the Quality Control department;
Participates in accreditation audits as subject matter expert on tasks / assays assigned;
Responsible for being fully trained in specific assays / work plans, before execution of the assay / work plan;
Contributions to the training or (new) colleagues in the Quality Control department.
Background in Lifescience, microbiology, biochemistry or other related field.
Bachelor degree or higher
Driving license (B)
Professional level English and Chinese. Conversational level of Dutch is a huge plus.
You have at least 2 years of experience working as a technician in a microbiological laboratory.
Competent multilingual ability
Independent and detail-orientated worker
Basic computer skills like LIMS, MS Office and Office Suite software
