We are currently looking for independent worker with an international outlook who has HR experience and can work in English. Conversational level of Chinese (Mandarin) and Dutch is a huge plus.
As an employee of personnel matters (full-time 40 hours a week) of CCIC EFT, you are responsible for all matters relating to our 50 employees and our trainees.
You are the contact person for the employees and you have an advisory role towards the management.
Especially in the start up phase of the company, this job requires you to handle a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Your tasks include:
Development of personnel policy
Recruitment and selection of new colleagues
Management and execution of personnel
Administration Management and execution of payroll administration
Advisory and supporting role towards management and employees
Management of leave administration and guarding leave balance
Management of sickness and improvement reports
Case manager for absenteeism
Support department administration
Ensure compliance with the collective labor agreement and various internal regulations
Bachelor degree or higher
Background in relate area
Driving license (B)
Professional level English. Conversational level of Chinese (Mandarin) and Dutch is a huge plus.
You have at least 2 years of experience working in similar function.
Competent multilingual ability
Independent and detail-orientated worker
Basic computer skills like MS Office and Office Suite software
