In this role, you have the opportunity to
Tribe lead D2C: Digital Marketing and eCommerce Activation is the domain owner of a collection of squads, responsible for;
Roadmap, Budget allocation and priority setting towards squads output
For maximizing the impact of digital activation activities on the short and long term business goals
For achieving business objective of the tribe in line with the D2C Strategic Priorities
This tribe leader works with other tribe leaders and chapter leaders to match the right people to the right squads.
Performance dialogue with squad leaders/product owners around quality and output
Interface to other tribe leaders to ensure end to end view
Ensure enablement (through resources) of knowledge sharing within his/her tribe, via the Chapter leads
Coordinates delivery of capabilities across tribes to ensure end to end business outcomes are achieved
Facilitates knowledge sharing and learning within his/her tribe, via the chapter leads
You are responsible for
Managing the Center of Excellence for Activation and Shop management for all markets. Manage global marketing activation of campaigns across all owned, earned and paid channels.
Drive daily/weekly campaign management and optimization (CROI) leading to performance traffic, conversion and direct sales as well as brand preference.
Drive localization on owned/earned property domains (.COM, CRM, apps), activation pages and SEO + Trade and eTrade channels. Feedback requirement for long term master and platform development.
Works with Head of Marketing & Media Operations and Planning team in Business Cluster to define Digital media strategy, planning. Strategize, execute & optimize in-house channels (social, AMS, programmatic, SEA), Running acquisition programs, email. Provide content requirements to creation, adapt, localize and optimize content during campaign, automate content localization.
Scale up new business models (i.e. subscriptions) that graduate from incubator and new business model teams.
Enable new in house media channels by developing capacity and capabilities.
Identify new channels and platform for Philips to engage and activate.
Works with Insights & Analytics to develop fast and better real time insights and data innovation to improve business performance. Including media, sales (both owned and 3rd party, consumer data )
Ensure that all store / shop management activities, sales, merchandising, customer service, shop management, finance, stock, and warehouse Fulfilment are performed accurately whilst maximizing sales and profit.
Action Oriented and data-driven, Strategic Mindset with holistic approach to decision-making, clearly define decision-making process, use data-driven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders.
Be an agile Leader by using vision to motivate and inspire, whilst at the same time adapting rapidly to current, contextual business situations.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience in that field
Deep expertise and leadership in digital activation, online marketing and digital store management.
Deep expertise and leadership experience in digital activation & commerce leadership, digital consumer experiences (CX), digital marketing and e-commerce business development on both global and market level. Experience with industry, consumer and cultural trends and innovation in e-commerce, media, digital activation and digital analytics.
Demonstrated track record in setting strategic direction and ensuring execution in large multi stakeholder organization.
Experience in managing e-commerce business/P&L
Experience working very closely with Insights and Analytics teams
Demonstrated leadership and ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork
Proven track record as (senior) leader in a large global matrix organization with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
