You are responsible for
Leading the MR & CT Circular Equipment refurbishment team (27 FTE) at our facility in Best to achieve order fulfillment and continuously improving on quality, lead-times and productivity whilst ensuring compliance to the applicable norms and regulations.
Building upon the strengths of the existing team and meanwhile infuse a Lean philosophy into the basic genetic code of the organization.
Driving change management together with a team of professionals within the innovative world of Circular Equipment (former Refurbished Systems).
Motivating the team, creating & maintaining an inspiring, respectful work environment.
Executes and/or support projects, goals, and metrics and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Defines and deploys the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working including adherence to the policies, procedures and standards related to environmental, health and safety and quality, risk and regulations.
Coaches & develops personnel to grow in seniority and level of independency leading to efficient manufacturing.
Stakeholder management and sparring partner for the Circular Equipment business.
Reporting to and acting as sparring partner and back-up for Production Leader.
You are a part of
The Factory Best operations organization, where we work in close collaboration with Engineering and Operational Material Management to manufacture, refurbish and repair medical devices & components for our customers. Within the Components, Repair and Refurb (CRR) cluster you are part of a group of 9 team leaders, leading in total 175 employees reporting in the Production Leader.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management or Engineering.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a high capital industrial – or service environment.
Quality & Compliance mindset and execution.
Recognized people management and/or teamwork skills.
Ability to translate strategic concepts into tactical plans for your department.
More than 3 years relevant working experience in an operational environment.
Proven experience with Medical Device Regulations (FDA, ISO, etc.)
A strong customer focus and the ability to deal with a large variety of activities and different stakeholders.
Be capable to manage change with sense of urgency and bias for action.
Knowledge/experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing.
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
Hands on mentality, teamplayer and result driven.
Knowledge of diagnostic imaging is a plus.
