We have an opportunity for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team in Eindhoven/Nijmegen in the role of Talent Acquisition Support Specialist.
In this position, you will learn about recruitment and you will get the opportunity to bring this to practice, as well as collaborate with the team on diverse projects primarily in the Benelux region but also across other countries within Europe.

Taking ownership of a fixed number of internship vacancies (full life cycle recruitment: defining the needs of the hiring managers sourcing for candidates – CV screening – conducting interviews extending offers, etc.)
Assisting with the onboarding process and further well-being of interns (conducting welcome presentations and feedback interviews, leading and organizing interactive activities for the intern community, etc.)
Providing dedicated support for various Campus Recruitment activities, including coordination and attending university events throughout the Netherlands
Working on diverse TA projects within our Internship Office, as well as supporting projects on local and global levels
WHO ARE WE ?
We are a team of 16 across the EMEA region with three recruiters based in Eindhoven and Nijmegen. We are searching for an additional member to join our team. Our TA team works closely together with both HR colleagues and Business Unit leaders in achieving their strategic goals. We would like you to not only learn from us but also bring in new and fresh ideas. In that sense, we would also like to learn from you!
You are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student in HR or related field (e.g. Organizational Psychology)
You have strong interest in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (previous experience is a nice-to-have)
You are a team player, you take initiative and you get things done
You are self-driven, you take ownership and you have a customer centric mentality
You have a strong ability to work in a corporate organization
You have excellent communication and organizational skills
You are fluent in English
The duration of the internship will be a minimum of six months.
Please note that in order to be considered for an internship/working student position, you need to be registered as a student during the entire period.
