The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for a local marketing team who executes local marketing actions, plans and programs within a specifically defined geographical area. The Marketing Supervisor develops or participates in development of local tactics, sales objectives and marketing projects and analyzes market trends in order to develop advertising and promotion plans that maximize the effectiveness of local expenditures in addressing market opportunities. In doing so, the Marketing Supervisor ensures a clear and open communication, and promotes actively the implementations of our core values by developing and introducing policies, marketing plans and clear objectives.
This role is to cover maternity leave. We are looking for someone whod be available from october 2019 untill februari 2020 for 32 hours a week.
Your specific tasks include:
Development of the team. Managing, supporting, monitoring and supervising the local marketing team
Define local marketing strategy, plans and actions in alignment with Corporate marketing Department and sales management
Identify customer needs. Maintain an internal/external network of customers or customer groups
Stakeholder management. Build and maintain a relationships with Local Sales management and the Corporate Marketing Department
Who are you?
For this job we have a couple of requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or E-Business
Excellent computer skills
Strong project management skills
Good management and leadership skills
Experienced in multi marketing channels social media, retail, web/online
Fluent in both Dutch and English
