Service Planner Product Lifecycle Management

The Product Lifecycle Management Field Introduction Departments mission is to: ensure spare part and tool availability during product life cycle to enable ASML technology roadmap. You will translate stocking strategy into execution and ensuring timely availability of parts and tools in the field, while enabling concurrent engineering. Once proven execution according to plan, you will hand-over the part to volume operations. With this you will enable and coordinate swift time-to-market for new and revised service spares & tools against minimal cost.
Work closely together with PLM Service Project Leaders, PLM Service Project Coordinators and Project Leaders in volume operation
Perform delegated coordinator / project lead activities (e.g. Deep dive into complex operational issues or risks and follow up on results)
Drive and optimize efficient NPI service specific recurrent tasks directly related to Field Intro Key processes and indicators.
Create / execute usefull data service SCM insights with clear data visualized reports both scheduled and upon request
Plan and report on timely availability of correct and complete required Service Bill of material for your projects and part under your MRP-controllership, or delegated MRP
Create, maintain and manage materials planning (and drive escalations) for non-volume service spares and tools, in cooperation with PLM Project Planning, Supply Planning and Customer Supply Chain Planning planners
BSc / MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain / Logistics.
Experience in operational environment
Experience in planning and logistics processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment
Experience as a project engineer in a high-tech, low volume environment (e.g. Supply Chain Engineering, Production Engineering)
ERP IT system experience (SAP)
