    Service Delivery Manager (M/F)

    Core Operation Services provides transversal production services to all Worldline and equensWorldline entities : 7/24 real time monitoring of services, related monitoring tools, technical Crisis management, and global services (Antivirus management, patch management).

    The Core Operation Services (COS) Delivery Manager is responsible to animate the relationship between the Core Operation Services customers and COS Unit.


    Customer relationship:

    The SDM is accountable of the delivered services OLA on a day to day basis.

    He/she will define, set and follow the agreed KPI with local teams regarding the Infrastructures.

    He/she will ensure that a monthly service dashboard is produced and delivered in an appropriate way to the customer.

    He/she is the single escalation point for the customer. In case of a severe problem regarding COS services, he/she organizes and pilots the crisis management cell, manages the consistency of the action plan and priorities, and enforces a quality communication with the customer.


    Processes and communication:

    He/she will manage and promote the COS Service Catalogue and the related processes and tools:

    • He/she ensures that the main processes are described and applied
    • He/she is lobbying the key stakeholders to promote and deploy the COS services, processes and tools
    • He/she will enforce the application of internal procedures, in particular for the change management and the quality of its required inputs.

    Project management:

    He/she will support and manage COS project portfolio ensuring the delivery of COS Service:

    • Pre-sales and cost review for COS services
    • Global follow-up/reporting of all projects
    • In strong relationship with the COS managers, definition of priorities in order to optimize the COS resources.
    • Permanent connection with the key stakeholders to ensure the target alignment and avoid any roadblock

    Risk management:

    He/she will represent TO in Service management sessions and warn the customers on Infrastructural risks, whatever their nature is. He/she will ensure that an action plan is defined for each risk.

    He/she will report to head of Copre Operations Services


    Skills

    • Valuable experience in delivering production services in a challenging international environment.
    • Track record in successful project management with excellent reporting.
    • Very good knowledge of the Technical Operation Model and Missions and an established network within the existing teams.
    • Good knowledge of ITIL
    • Very good understanding of the cultural differences and strong leadership.

    Language:

    • English fluent is mandatory,
    • Dutch, French, German are a plus.
