We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiting Manager with a passion for developing talent and desire to partner deeply with our Tech leaders to scale our business across Europe. We are looking for a leader who has used both data insights and innovation to inspire teams and remove barriers which enables teams to deliver their best. Wed love to hear about your experience building high performing technical recruiting teams in EMEA.

What you’ll do
Hire, build and retain diverse high performing teams. You will set the vision for the team that compels action, inspires teams to perform at their best and ultimately retains top talent at Uber.
Build strong internal stakeholder relationships through strategic partnerships, a do the right thing mindset and laser focus on hiring manager experiences.
Lead by example by putting candidate experience first in all you do from contact to offer.
Drive operational excellence. Designing teams to have the right resources on the right priorities, inspire teams to do better and integrity into any product or service delivery.
Data Insights. Understand how to deliver to a plan, build strategies to deliver that plan and use data to inform, influence, solve problems and help tell the story.
Business Acumen. Youll deeply understand Ubers priorities at a global level connecting the dots through your recruiting strategies. Delivering top talent so our business can scale and solve massive problems.

What you’ll need
BA/BS degree or related experience.
At least 5 years leading a team of technical recruiters in similar orgs.
Demonstrated ability to digest and use data to drive decision making.
History of developing, mentoring and managing large, high-output recruitment teams.
Experience collaborating with org wide stakeholders in documenting and implementing process change.
Nice to Have:
You have lead high performing tech teams in EMEA and have market knowledge (talent, immigration, etc.) across Europe.
