lead the Health Economics and Market access team (approximately 10 people).
You will have a strong functional collaboration with Government Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Markets and Business Groups, to support decisions on new business creation and roadmaps along the PDLM process, ensuring maximum opportunities for reimbursement, market adoption and market preferences after product introduction.
You are responsible for
Leading the Health Economics and Market access team (based in both Europe and US)
Driving business HEMA strategy creation and execution for a specific Business in the Market
Partnering with BU BG BMM to select specific markets for products depending on specific reimbursement schemes, leading to BMC handshake, ongoing performance management and local execution, with maximal reimbursement opportunities
Developing local go-to-market strategies with regard to market-specific health economics aspects (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio choices) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements
Ensuring relevance of value propositions (I2M) for the Market
Together with BG BU BMM determines product portfolio for the Markets, driving HEMA input in setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock
Driving collaboration with market reimbursement specialists
Providing business with local insights about markets, competition and trends and Marketing Performance Optimization and driving continuous improvements applying LEAN
You are a part of
the Health Economics and Market access team (approximately 10 people) and you will report into the Chief Medical Officer.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree and 10+ years of industry experience
Experience as an inspirational leader is a must
Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions is an asset
Certified LEAN Advanced is an asset
