What do we offer?
You will work in the Vehicle Refinishes business, in the cluster BeNeLux/UK/Ireland, as part of the Automotive and Specialty Coatings Business Unit at our production site in Sassenheim. With our car refinishes products we serve coatings distributors as well as end users in the car repair industry and in the commercial vehicles industry. You would work for a top employer, globally recognized for being first with ideas, driving innovation and delivering market leading products. In Sassenheim, you would be part of a Sales Support team of four and fit into the Vehicle Refinish team of around 50 professionals.
What will you do?
As Sales Support Specialist you will have a very diverse roll which will involve: supporting/leading product introductions, organize customer events or trade shows, drive sales via promotions. You will also deliver local marketing programs, process marketing communication materials, maintain websites and action product master data and price changes. You will facilitate the implementation of CRM and other tools and turn these tools into the key source for market analysis. Your remit will include overseeing special projects like customer satisfaction and the development and implementation of related improvement plans to drive sales and margin.
What tasks and duties are associated with this role?
Product introductions: develop sales packs, run test markets, present to the sales departments;
Marketing communication materials: validate translations, run advertisements, develop POS material;
Events: develop content, supporting material such as invitations, banners, house style;
Websites: make sure all sites, portals, share points are up to date with the latest information;
Master data: action price changes and other master data including creation of new articles in SAP;
CRM: run customer reports, update records, combine reports to create management information;
Improvement plans: initiate ideas and carry out plans to drive sales and margin and/or cut cost.

What do you bring?
Bachelors degree in an area such as Business or Marketing;
At least two years of experience in a commercial environment, preferably in a marketing or sales (support) role;
Experience in a technical or technical service role is an advantage;
Strong analytical skills combined with good financial acumen;
Good interpersonal and communication skills including a high standard of written and spoken English;
Preferably you speak Dutch.
