Sales Representative Duitsland (Automotive)
Ensure monthly sales forecast is achieved for the responsible market/region.
Maintain good customer contacts with all necessary departments and functions in customer side, including purchasing, product management, marketing, & etc.
Ensure all customer demands and requirements are being fulfilled in a timely manner & with quality.
Ensure all customer sales orders are processed properly and products are shipped accordingly by co-working with other departments in the company.
Collections of customer overdue invoices.
Collect market, competition and price information from the responsible market/region on a regular basis and report all relevant information to related departments and management in the company.
Handle customer quotation & all necessary follow-ups. Prepare price list for the responsible market/region.
Promote new product items and new product lines.
Identify new biz opportunities. Develop new prospects and biz leads.
Necessary customer visits to improve/maintain business relationships, to improve any insufficiency, and to discuss business propositions.
Co-ordinate within the company of necessary marketing activities such as customer exhibitions, product training in customer side, marketing material distribution, advertisements in customer side, channel and sales promotion & etc.
Sales performance analysis and crafting action plan to achieve sales target.
Prepare annual report and presentation for annual meeting.
Support Sales manager to prepare annual sales forecast and sales strategy plan.

Bachelor degree or equivalent in commerce, business administration, marketing, international business, car industry or in engineering background with interest in commerce.
At least 5 years related experience and/or training in sales, marketing, product management, strategy planning, project management, or purchasing.
Similar experience (at least 3 years) in the automotive industry is a must.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently and idiomatically.
Good skills of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge and/or experience of car part aftermarket.
