About the Role
The Regional Operations Program Management and Eater team focuses on managing large scale cross-functional growth & trust programs. We identify key operational areas in the region through innovating and improving the processes that allow both our partners and our own business to grow. Within this role, you will focus on processes and projects aiming to improve Eater Retention.
What Youll Do
You will be diving deep into Eater experience to identify the key opportunities to delight our customers and execute initiatives to realize those opportunities
You will create monitoring tools (dashboards, queries) and perform analyses in order to advance our understanding of what factors contribute to lower Eater Retention
You will partner with Community Operations team to make sure our support policies are optimised for Eater experience and retention, while remaining cost efficient
You will lead new Product rollouts and operationalize them in EMEA
You will provide value to the country operations teams by saving their time and resolving issues with tools, product and ad-hoc analyses
You will manage projects and do what it takes to deliver the results on agreed timelines, unblocking progress whenever you hit a roadblock
You will ensure all stakeholders, from junior to c-level, are informed and involved throughout the project. Youll write updates, run sync meetings and facilitate decisions
You will work with and influence a wide group of stakeholders, ranging from Product to Strategy & Planning to Community Operations.
What Youll Need
A minimum of 3 years of experience in one of the following areas: operations, marketing, project management or customer loyalty and retention, preferably at a high growth company. You are familiar with highly operational and dynamic environments.
Superstar Project Manager. You have a proven record of structuring projects and programs and working with a diverse group of stakeholders

About the Team
Eater Operations team is part of Program Management & Eater vertical within EMEA Regional operations organisation
The teams goal is to accelerate our business growth by finding better ways to acquire, engage and retain Eaters. We experiment with new ideas and identify best practices globally and bring them to life, while focusing on those that can scale across the region.
