Part of the Automotive Quality Team, you will play a key role in the implementation and the deployment of the Quality Management System and standards like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 26262 and ASPICE. You will facilitate the deployment of those standards across the organization with the objective to improve our products and services to increase customer satisfaction.
What youll do
Promote principles of quality.
Develop the understanding for TomTom Quality Management System and standards like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
Provide support in maintaining QMS by maintaining process documentation and website with changes and improvements.
Build the knowledge on quality processes, identify the gaps and propose improvement actions.
Work with stakeholders carries out process improvements and QMS changes.
Organize internal audits, coordinate with process owners to implement improvement actions identified in the internal audits.
Conduct Functional Safety Assessments during the product development life cycle to ensure compliance.
Produce the Safety Case based on Functional Safety Assessments, Audits, and inputs from safety engineering activities.
What youll need
Excellent collaborative and communication skills in English, i.e., communicate the complex process in a very simple and compelling manner, negotiate and pursue your case in a complex environment.
Ability to understand, interpret and use ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 26262 and frameworks like ASPICE.
Ability to analyze and propose improvements and pursue them to closure.
– Capture and pend down the process – skills to understand and document the processes.
– Creative – skills to create flowcharts, presentations and update QMS website.
Should be able to interpret and analyze metrics data.
Knowledge of software development and functional safety concepts is essential.
Ability to train others with respect to QMS and functional safety.
