Responsible for ensuring quality and compliance aspects and ensure completion of optimization projects and supporting / coaching the production teams in fielding quality and compliance issues and improvements for the assigned result areas.
Execution of the Logistics policy to ensure all necessary conditions to support the business process within Abbott Zwolle are realized.
Responsible for set-up and approval of quality defects for assigned area, which include :
Analyse and develop quality defects
Identify and then transferring High Impact quality defects QA department so that QA department is able to respond quickly
Responsible for the coordination of corrective and preventive actions of quality defects to ensure timely and correct implementation
Ensures that deviations and complaints are reported in accordance with procedures and guideline , monitored and handled timely .
Monitor HOLD status finished products, follow-up actions agreed and AMS / GQMS workflow, review quarantined shipment requests.
Manages the department-specific SOPs , quality instruction and work lists in accordance with the established systems and methods
Training and coaching of the production teams in the reporting of anomalies and exceptions in a standardized way.
