Project/Program Manager Intragroup Sourcing
We are looking for a Project/Program Manager (PM) to join our Global Transformation Office and work on international and high profile sourcing projects in the Global Intragroup Sourcing Chapter. You will be responsible for moving operational client service activities to one of ING’s shared service centers. This could be any operational team within any of the 42 ING locations to a Shared Service Center (SSC) location like Manilla, Bratislava or Romania.
You are part of the Inter Company Services Tribe within Global Transformation Office and you will report to the Global Chapter Lead Sourcing. In the Tribe you will be closely working together with colleagues in Service & Contract management in order to Ensure a seamless, end -to-end and consistent experience to our stakeholders.
What you’ll do
You will have an end to end responsibility (timelines, budget, results) for setting up and managing sourcing transition. Goal of the Global Sourcing Transition Chapter is to ensure smooth and compliant migrations of activities from all potential sending locations cross the world where ING has operations or clients services performed into the Shared service centers of ING, pre-dominantly in Manila and Bratislava.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with global reach and within several business lines. Stakeholders involved are: Centers of Excellence, Functional heads of Business Lines, Legal, Compliance, IT (globally, internal & external), Back Office operations, HR and Finance.
The deliveries should not only satisfy the Shared Service centers but also implement the Shared services strategy for ING while keeping an eye on the related business opportunities.

How to succeed
You need to be very dynamic and flexible in working hours due to the nature of the global scope of the portfolio (time differences).
Strong analytical skills are required as understanding of complex back office processes are a pre-requisite.
Excellent execution drive is part of your normal way of working.
Strong communication skills while working closely aligned with a variety of support functions, international colleagues and stakeholders in order to ensure migrations are performed according ING policies and (local) regulatory guidelines/compliance.
3-5+ years change experience with end-responsibility for broad range of (strategic) projects. Requested project experience is in business process (out-)sourcing- and migrations/centralization projects, consulting in a Wholesale Banking, Finance, Risk or Retail banking environment.
Able to manage a portfolio of projects with an international end to end scope. Understanding of ING Operations and banking processes is a pre-requisite.
Excellent stakeholder management, skills to align stakeholders and bridge business and IT on all COPAFIT aspects.
Strong communication skills to motivate teams, explain and present the milestones, status and results
Strong sense of urgency to deliver milestones according to plan.
Proven track record in comparable sourcing/off-shoring projects.
Must be fluent in English. Understanding of Dutch would be a bonus.
Be able and flexible to travel. Frequency is depending on your projects.
