The product manager represents the voice of the business teams and ultimately the voice of the consumer who walks into our stores. The products and initiatives are all part of servicing the consumer in the connected marketplace – whether they shop at one of our retail partners, in a Nike store or online. The products that this Product Manager will work on land in Nike stores throughout EMEA, but often have a link with digital and membership. You will work closely with the field teams, understand what our consumers need, mainly in the area of membership, retail experiences, mind-blowing consumer experiencing bringing online and offline together, f.e.
via apps. The products that this Product Manager is working on land in stores throughout EMEA, either athlete facing or consumer facing by experimenting, developing and implementing new capabilities at the speed of the business. As a product manager, you are responsible for strategic product development, setting the roadmap, gather and provide geo or local requirements and align with the field teams, developing project plans, managing resources, the project schedule and budget to meet deliverables. Basically, the delivery, governance and monitoring of projects from initiation through delivery.
Maintain all reporting requirements as needed. The product manager possesses a general understanding of the products and services of Nike, and how their project fits within it. Oversee the execution of the contracts needed to complete a project.
