What youll do
Join a team of passionate cloud engineers in the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE).
Support TomToms 200+ engineering teams adopt public cloud.
Identify initiatives to drive the objectives of the team and create and maintain a rolling 3 month roadmap of those initiatives.
Work with the team to refine epics, set milestones and help deliver on your roadmap.
Learn about AWS and Microsoft Azure, cloud finance and cloud best practices.
Ensure that the team meets operational targets of service lead time while meeting sprint goals.
Work with engineering teams in the company to understand their needs.
Facilitate a community of practice of experienced cloud engineers and trainings & events for our Cloud engineering community.
Advocating the activities of your team and promote ideas and initiatives to the wider organization.
What youll need
At least 2 – 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in online services.
Thorough understanding of Agile and preferably DevOps.
Passion to provide inspirational leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in requirements gathering and epic refinement.
Ability to weigh business value versus cost to properly rank epics.
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical people.
Excellent English communication skills in and a desire to work with many nationalities.
Willingness to travel once a month to engineering sites in Germany, Belgium and Poland.
Whats nice to have
Higher educational background.
Passion for Agile, experience in agile coaching.
Knowledge of finance, understanding cost accounting requirements.
Experience in other agile roles such as Scrum Master or Release Manager.
Knowledge of containerization technology (Docker, Kubernetes).
