At Veeam, Systems Engineers work closely with sales and help to evangelise our product offerings to our partners, resellers and end users. Grow along with Veeam while gaining valuable experience in the hottest area within IT today. These positions require significant travel within the region of responsibility.
Working with sales to position Veeam products to both partners and endusers to help to overachieve sales goals
Working with sales to help secure new partners and customers
Providing pre-sales support and/or on-site installation assistance to customers as they evaluate Veeam software
Providing web-based and on-site demonstrations of Veeam software
Working closely with Veeams value-added resellers, including training, joint meetings and building relationships
Working closely with development to provide customer feedback
Demonstrable experience working in a pre-sales role for an IT Software vendor
Have deep experience with VMware Virtual Infrastructure
Have experience on Microsoft Hyper-V and Systems Centre
Have wide range of technical knowledge of data management inclusive tape drives, storage arrays, storage networking, networking protocols
Be comfortable to engage in discussions about Cloud technologies
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and Dutch
Be comfortable presenting to groups, both remotely and in person
Be available to travel frequently across Netherlands
Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly
Be comfortable in using social media to help promote and grow the Veeam community
