Personal Assistant with Business Management aspirations
We are looking for a personal assistant that has the ambition and skills to move into a business manager role or audit role. You will support the Global Audit Division of CAS Risk & Finance, in any capacity that is necessary; from seamlessly managing day to day activities to managing priorities.

Your starting responsibilities will be to manage the complex diary, looking weeks ahead to make sure he is prepared seamlessly in a variety of day-to-day activities, including meetings and business travel, while you always take into account quality, priority and time.

You are able to work independently and in collaboration with the team. You set priorities and integrate tasks effectively. You think creatively about how to solve problems, address challenges and you have a high attention to detail. You have a sensitivity for cultural differences, dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information. This is a Personal Assistant role with a lot of responsibility in the business. Flexibility and proactivity will be highly regarded.
Organize, prepare and schedule meetings and manage the diary
Assess priority, sensitivity and purpose of meetings, travel requests and day-to-day activities Prepare short presentations ahead of business meetings or written communication based on specific guidelines
Issues reminders for appointments & follow up actions points
Record, organize and manage incoming and outgoing calls and written communication
Assess priority, sensitivity and purpose. Respond to queries, arrange for the manager to respond to queries or forward queries to the appropriate person in the organisation
Act as the point of contact and maintain internal and external contacts
Provide organisational, logistical, general and technical support in relation to business travel, meetings, media, conferences, seminars, receptions and anniversaries
Administration (operate a range of administrative systems, for example sickness and absence records)
Take care of the administrative handling of new staff/transfers/leavers, claiming expenses, Ibuy and E-profit in accordance with existing compliance rules
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a secretarial/supporting role
Affinity with HR processes
High level written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
You master the most commonly used office programmes / applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Workday, IBuy, etc., and are willing to learn new ones when needed
Management identification and discipline with excellent communications skills with all levels within the company
Planning and organising
Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities.
