What youll do
Process the payroll changes for our Dutch entities in ADP Perman Web
Coordinate the submission of payroll changes for several EMEA countries in ADP Streamline
Ensure correctness of the processed data by the payroll provider
Prepare payments to employees and Authorities
Provide input to the Financial Shared Service Center on payroll related matters
Provide first class service to internal clients and to external providers
Coordinate Expat payrolls with external providers
Strive for continual improvement and standardization of the global payroll process
Provide the required support during external and internal audits
Participate in payroll / HR projects
What youll need
Like our brand, you are energetic, entrepreneurial, and innovative
You are likely to have at least 1 -3 year of experience in processing payrolls. At least with the Dutch payroll and preferably within an international environment
You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and preferable knowledge of working with the ADP Perman Web solution and/or ADP Streamline
As we are always looking for improvement within our processes we appreciate you to bring up new ideas on how to achieve this. You are able to interact with different cultures and levels of management
The languages Dutch and English should be fluent
You have a hands-on mentality and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy, detail orientated and passion for quality should be your second nature
