In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of the Business Unit management team and to interact with the Leadership team of Philips Personal Health and Integrated Supply Chain. You will act as the go-to person for Order 2 Fulfillment domain in Beauty and manages directly a group Product Industrialization Engineers and S&OP managers. You can impact on the performance of business, drive the future product architecture and supply fulfillment model.
You are responsible for
Industrialization of new products and mid-life upgrades ensuring first time right and 100% launch performance.
Sales and Operations Planning for the business ensuring market demand is in line with future growth and can be met at high performance level.
Defining the Delivery strategy and leading strategic actions to meet the future supply chain.
Technology roadmap and core/non-core assessment for the business and strategic direction of Integrated Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Driving operational supply performance and improvement with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain.
Managing Life Cycle changes, execution, supplier or in-house manufacturing re-allocation
Coach and develop the teams in Product Industrialization and Product Lifecycle Management and S&OP. Leading a team of approx. 30 employees on four different sites
You are a part of
The Business Unit Beauty within Philips Personal Health headquartered in Amsterdam. You report to the Business Unit leader and will work with highly innovative R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, Manufacturing teams and Suppliers globally.
Main stakeholders of this position are the Business Unit and the respective counterparts in Manufacturing and central Supply Chain team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience within Manufacturing Engineering/Product Industrialization/Supply Chain, including experience in holding operations and supply chain leadership roles.
Mandatory experience in manufacturing and supply chain. Fundamental certifications such as LEAN, Six-sigma, APICS or equivalent needed.
8-10 years of direct people management and proven project management skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proven record of leading change.
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to set goals and motivate a multi-functional team to achieve them.
Not afraid of technical details, complexity, managing internal and external stakeholders.
Preferably experience with Medical devices, such as those identified by FDA and future EUMDR regulations
Strong leader and connector who has strong listening skills and can keep structure in a highly complex environment
