NetSuite Functional Specialist

Optiver recently started using NetSuite for all financial processes and we are expanding the team to manage and enhance the application across the business. We are looking for a NetSuite application expert who wants to be part of the team in a dynamic and international business environment.
What youll do
In this position you will work directly with the ERP Manager to handle day-to-day NetSuite ERP administration duties, while assisting in cross-functional department development projects working with key stakeholders.
Optimize the overall system, troubleshoot problems and resolve issues on a daily basis to all NetSuite applications
Play a key role in the further development of NetSuite as a global platform
Create customized reports and dashboards to drive insights into business operations and support informed decision making
Develop, document, implement and communicate policies, procedures and reports to ensure systems effectiveness, accuracy, audit ability and compliance
Proactively support users through training and communication
Write standard and complex queries to support projects and approve reporting requests
What you need to be successful
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work independently with minimum guidance. You are comfortable in collaborating with cross-functional teams on a global level.
Moreover you have:
A Bachelors degree in (Business) Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent;
At least 1 year of experience working with NetSuite, preferably as an administrator or functional consultant;
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, Suite Builder and report creation
Strong data analytics, reporting and database (SQL) skills
Experience with system implementation and system integration
A strong understanding of business processes user requirements, designs and process flows
