Our EMEA Brand Support Center in Hoofddorp is looking for a Merchandising Manager!

As part of the EMEA Merchandising team, your responsibility is to drive the regional wholesale merchandising vision for Crocs. Our company is a fast paced, agile and growth-driven business and as a key part of the Merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating, developing and landing the Product and Merchandising direction for Crocs.
This role has significant hands-on involvement in Global line selection, consumer trend research, pricing and competitive analysis,assortment creation and support to our sales teams and key accounts in selling the seasonal line.
You will be someone that loves diving into the consumer and product, but also a strong leader who can influence and execute your vision with customers and internal sales partners.
Primary job duties
Consumer & Market knowledge
Develop and share expert knowledge of the EMEA consumer and marketplace.
Be the voice of the EMEA region in presentations, meetings and conversations both internally and with our Global product and merchandising teams.
Understand segmentation and different consumer types, and organize this into clear knowledge of product and buying behavior.
Lead and support the EMEA commercial and marketing teams, by showing a clear knowledge of consumer needs, and presenting product assortments aligned to those needs.
Deliver high-level Merchandising Tools
Create and present seasonal visual Assortment plans for key channels and customers across EMEA.
Deliver presentations and content that clearly articulates priorities and key products, and inspires and motivates stakeholders.
Through formal and informal communication, deliver strong messages about merchandising plans.
Define channels and create strong segmentation plans that are designed to grow the overall market for the Crocs consumer.
Planning, analysis and data
Focus on productivity and efficiency. Edit and focus stories and product offerings to tell bigger messages.
Forecasting through historical sales and insight of future trends.
Ability to read and interpret sales data and analytics to gain strong understand of consumer and trends.
Pricing and margin analysis to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
5 years experience in Merchandising and/or Commercial roles
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Consumer focused. Has the ability to understand product and brand through the lens of the consumer.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Can influence effectively, and be a strong team player in various settings, from one-to-one and small groups to larger conference presentations, whilst ensuring to land the important messages.
Excellent negotiating skills
Ability to partner and communicate well with wholesale customers and buyers.
Thrives in a team environment. Someone who loves to support others and be supported.
Experience and confidence in the fundamental analytics and math of merchandising.
Action oriented and quick learner. Enjoys working in a fast, flexible and solutions-focused business.
Ability to make Bold Bets. Through experience and knowledge, make strong decisions about taking the consumer forward into new space and back this up with an ability to land your vision.
Fluent level of English
French language speaking will be a plus (not required)
Knowledge and experience in the UK and France market is a plus
20% of working time involving travel, in the US and throughout Europe.
