What youll do
Supporting the Head of Commercial Legal, Head of Real Estate and Facilities and Director of Enterprise IT with the following:
Maintaining a very dynamic schedule, including meeting planning and preparation
Scheduling internal and external meetings/meeting rooms as required
Arranging travel and managing travel schedules
Helping prepare presentations
Organizing team activities
What youll need
3+ years administrative experience in a high-level corporate environment
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and extensive follow up as necessary
Superior customer service orientation
High level of discretion is crucial
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur preferred)
Flexible and able to prioritize and switch tasks throughout the day
Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and able to successfully interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
