Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage a complex calendar and schedule of activities; including all arrangements for a variety of internal and external meetings, travels and accommodation.
Manage incoming communications
Collect and prepare appropriate material for reports, meetings, presentations and conferences within procedures.
Attend and minute management meetings, track actions and follow up with the management team members on assignments.
Plan and organize logistics of events such as team meetings, off-sites, departmental gatherings, customer visits, and special occasions within the department.
Host and facilitate external and internal customers visiting the Leiden location
Professional knowledge and expertise – prior secretarial experience is an asset
Fluency in English is required. Dutch/French is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Outlook / Excel / Word and PowerPoint as well as the Corporate back office systems (SAP) Skills
