Lifecycle Management Project Lead

You initiate, structure and coordinate processes and align several stakeholders to come to the best improvements for the customer. Your eye for details, steady way of working and technical insight are of great importance for the team.
You are responsible for
Provide Consumer Care and Lifecycle Management support for existing products developed for Population Health Management Business Group;
Direct problem solving of issues for our customers;
Update ongoing communications;
Manage the execution of LCM (life cycle management) projects according to the agreed plan (Quality, Timing and Cost);
Implement both customer care and product support during the life cycle of a few of our products.
You are a part of
A small team that helps each other where they can. You will report to the Innovation Lead. The location of the job is at Philips Eindhoven at Innovation Site Eindhoven located on the High Tech Campus, where innovative consumer products in the area of Mother & Child care, Connected Health Devices, Skincare and Intense Pulse Light (IPL) hair removal are developed.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master or bachelor degree
Strong consumer focus
You come from a regulated environment (automotive, airplane, medical etc)
Strong written communication skills, preferable experience in writing support materials for contact centers and consumers
Knowledge of business processes, experienced in developing products or providing logistical customer care support
Political sensitivity, strong influencer
It is an advantage if you have experience working with medical devices
