Each year ABN AMRO Clearing Bank publishes its annual report. This report consists of several chapters written by various people within the department. The annual report team is tasked with editing, compounding, aligning and publishing the report. As part of our team, you will help us gather, review and edit the content. By conducting interviews and facilitating both external and internal communication surrounding the report, you will help the writers clarify and elaborate on the context.
Your activities will include:
Gathering, reviewing and editing content
Ensuring alignment among the different content owners (e.g. through interviews)
Facilitating both external and internal communication surrounding the report
Creating an engaging lay-out
Recommending and developing new communication strategies
Your working environment
The Annual Report team consists of three members; Two of these members are from Business Management, which support and advise the Management and Supervisory Boards on regulatory affairs, internal communication, and corporate governance. The other member is from Finance and Global accounting who provides financial information for ABN AMRO Clearing Bank and the subsidiaries.
You are at least a 3rd year WO student.
Your study covers Journalism, Communication, Copywriting, Finance or a similar field.
You are available for two days a week and can start as soon possible for a period of 3-4 months.
You have proficiency in (British) English.
You have affinity with storytelling.
Communicative: you can convey information in an accurate and clear manner.
Investigative mind: you enjoy doing research and your analytical skills are well developed in order to deconstruct problems and rethink possible solutions.
Autonomous: you are disciplined enough to work without supervision and succeed.
Team-player: you can easily reach and collaborate with colleagues, either helping them out or requesting some assistance.
