The Legal Software unit of Wolters Kluwer develops unique business-to-business databases, which are used by hundreds of customers on a daily basis. Our current customers include companies like Philips, Uber and Delta Lloyd. We have a team of around 25 driven professionals, including business consultants, support consultants and developers. Our office is located in one of the most vibrant areas of Amsterdam and about a 10-minute walk from Central Station.
As our International Account Manager youre responsible for managing your customers and prospects in several European countries. Your aim is to grow and maintain the commercial results by selling our legal software to new or existing customers. Youre a professional and serious partner to your customers across different cultures and able to create a position as consultant with your clients. Your potential client could be a legal professional of a large, corporate company.
Tasks and responsibilities
Based upon set targets, you are responsible for the sales strategy and results in your territory on new business sales. You maximize opportunities using your network, commercial activities or by visiting events and close the deals youve been working on!
You create and execute your own sales strategy analyzing different customer types, market dynamics, product types and sales approaches
Market Insights & Customer Feedback
You generate market insights and customer feedback in order to improve the portfolio or create new business opportunities.
Sales Performance Management
You use the CRM to manage your sales calls, feedback, contacts and pipeline activity as well as creating proposals, e-mails and presentations for your customers according to company guidelines and set targets.
Education & Experience
Bachelor or Master degree (preferably with a legal or software focus);
At least 3 years of experience in international account management, selling digital solutions and or products in a B2B environment;
Experienced in working with commercial targets and bonus structures;
You have a track record of commercial success in sales or business development.
Fluency in English
The ability to sell complex professional services
Responding to customer inquiries and improve/maintain the relationship
Giving presentations to varied audiences using various communication channels
Manage sales performance according to KPIs and targets
Report sales strategy, activity, pipeline management and results from the territory and create strategies to expand the business
