Inside sales & Accounting support
Your position :
Manage Collection report (Debit/credit report for customer and distributors)
Reply the inquiry communicating by e-mail & phone call with customers, distributors.
Make a quotation based on the requirement of customers and distributors by using the order for stock or production, and Manage the delivery date
operating system. (Operation system is our specific design) Receive the PO and processing
Communication of confirming and checking the delivery date with factory in Japan
Your profile :
Knowledge of accounting, especially collection.
English communication (Japanese, Dutch, or German language skill is welcome).
MS Office & PC skill.
A proactive, strong communication skills, good organization skills, team spirit and
Resident in the Netherlands or work permit holder.
