Whats the role?
On paper, as an IT Service Manager AD youll be accountable for the end-to-end operations of our AD landscape and the delivery of the day-to-day application services, making sure we hit agreed SLAs and operations targets. In practice, this role is all about engagement.
On one hand, youll become a close ally of the business, analysing and understanding their functional and non-functional requirements for supportability impact, assessing the implications of landscape changes and keeping a close eye on information risk and regulatory requirements. On the other, youll work closely with in-house operations teams and external suppliers, influencing them to resolve problems promptly and inspiring them to share your own high standards.
Working in a diverse environment, with colleagues in the US, NL, UK and Bangalore, your challenge will be to win the trust of stakeholders and to translate often-complex technical issues into everyday language that they can understand.
