In this role, you have the opportunity to
Create together with D2B and D2C leaders and marketing process team, one integrated d2c, d2b and group marketing enablement roadmap planning & deployment.
You are responsible for
Designing, building & deploying DMEC + marketing platform foundations to D2C & D2B tribes.
Sustaining all DMEC + marketing platforms (E2E lifecycle), main interface to IT Digital Operations via Value Stream based Service Levels
Ensuring readiness for emerging technologies and compliance.
Working closely with the marketing process and marketing capabilities & learnings teams to ensure that the key capabilities are developed and deployed in Philips, focusing on Digital, E-Commerce & Marketing platforms.
Executing on Digital Activation Policy (DAP) as well as App Life Cycle Management (ALM), capabilities and be main interface towards IT/PIO organization.
Activing participant in monthly architecture board to design review incremental topics as well for Digital Playground Pilots
Driving MarTech Innovation development (e.g. Voice, AR/VR) and funnel management towards PIL, together with IT
Acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for the D2B and D2C leaders. Works with the marketing process and marketing capabilities & learnings teams for deployment of digital capabilities and change management across business groups globally to ensure that we create a premier organization through standardized and scalable digital capabilities and technologies.
Defining and govern the Digital User Experience for D2B, D2C and Group properties
Building an overall strategy & roadmap reflecting the collective digital needs from the businesses and further align creation of new Digital Capabilities with the Capability teams to accommodate the business needs.
Supporting the capability teams and the program office (PMO) in deploying new capabilities and new policies in the Cluster digital teams. You will align with other programs where they touch digital touch points or processes.
Driving platform foundation, innovation & sustaining enabling of Digital, E-Commerce and marketing technology
Contributing to the ongoing development and advancement of the Digital Strategy and the associated supporting operations
Digital Services Operations, SLA, budget and ongoing quality improvement and key liaison for Digital Services Serve as a primary liaison between the Digital MT and Philips IT, PIO, Philips Design as well as Health Works and M&A.
Collaborating closely with the Center of Excellence teams in Group Marketing to ensure enablement plans are data-driven and based on solid customer, market and competitor insights. Collaborates closely with Global Digital Business Leader Health Systems and Consumer to ensure a consistent approach across activities that span the health continuum, as well as sharing of standard methodologies
Overall strategy and roadmap owner / Budget allocation towards Tribes according to priorities / Performance dialogue with Tribe Leaders
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum 15 years of work experience with leading a digital organization and operation models (e.g. processes, technologies, best practices, programs, systems, tooling) in international and complex organizations
Deep expertise and leadership experience in Omni channel commerce, customer engagement and e-commerce business development
Experience with strategy, healthcare industry trends and opportunity sizing, innovation in e-commerce, media, Omni-channel activation and digital analytics
Confirmed experience in building and transforming an organization from people, tooling, data and process
Validated experience in handling a direct channel for a manufacturer or substantial experience in global matrix organization.
Experience with value based healthcare and Med-tech trends
Experience working very closely with Insights and Analytics teams
Consistent track record as (senior) leader in a large global matrix organization with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
