The Compliance department of ING is looking for a HR business support officer (6 months, possibility to extend) to support the Compliance MT for onboarding and MyWorkday activities.
Your starting responsibility will be supporting the senior managers in their role significantly growing their departments and all the operational tasks that come with that.
You are capable of working in a complex global and dynamic environment, you are flexible, loyal, proactive and you are a real team player. You are able to work independently and in collaboration with the team. You set priorities and integrate tasks effectively. You think creatively about how to solve problems, address challenges and you have a high attention to detail. Flexibility and proactivity will be highly regarded.
As part of the onboarding you will be in the frontline, looking into our daily onboarding process and working with the managers, HR, Recruiters and service teams to create a seamless process for our new employees
Administration; Take care of the administrative handling of new staff and manage/support management with all needed system activities e.g. Workday;
Take care of (communication about) administrative handling of Commuters / LTA in Assignment Pro
Organize, prepare and schedule meetings with possible candidates and selection panels and take care of communication and reporting on this,
Issues reminders for appointments & follow up on outcomes
Assess priority, sensitivity and purpose. Respond to queries, arrange for the manager to respond to queries or forward queries to the appropriate person in the organisation
Act as the point of contact and maintain internal and external contacts
This is you
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a supporting role
Affinity with HR processes
a service mentality and passion for customer experience (internal and external).
Management identification and discipline with excellent communications skills with all levels within the company
High level written and verbal communication skills in English
You master the most commonly used office programs / applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Workday etc., and are willing to learn new ones when needed
