Global Support Operations Manager
You are responsible for
In this role, you will support the Philips Internal Audit department in the following key activities:
Process support and improvement. Support teams in working according to standard methodologies and implement improvement opportunities. You will own dedicated processes.
Team communication: Ensure that team members in the processes are aligned, this also includes communications with various stakeholders outside the department.
Project closure and actions follow up. Assure that project are closed in correct way and checked on quality and actions are tracked
Analytics. Using data from various sources run analysis and turn these into valuable insights. Supporting leadership team in decision making process by conducting value add analysis
Reporting. Assure that standard and ad hoc reporting is executed for our key stakeholders
Enabling IT. Ensure the maintenance and improvement of enabling IT for the different processes including SharePoint, Qlicksense, One Note, Excel and PowerPoint
Cost Control. Keep control over all costs and budgets and pro-actively flag any variance to the plan.
You are a part of
Our Internal Audit department is executing audits around the world, facilitated by a Global Team. In total we consist of 50 colleagues globally.
GSO is a critical enabler to realize PIAs strategic intent. We provide insights to make better decisions, we drive operational excellence within our department, we ensure compliance and we coordinate team collaboration. To support our ambition, we need your drive, energetic and hands-on support.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master degree in business administration, finance or any related field
Previous working experience in an international organization is an advantage
Analytical skills and mindset, proactively sharing insights and ideas
Enthusiastic communicator and team player, global orientation
Accurate; precise and a high standard of integrity
Excellent (written and oral) communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior level management
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Basic knowledge is pre-condition
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
