Global Strategic Accounts Customer Excellence Liaison
Your role: Join our recently created team in this new Global Strategic Accounts Customer Excellence Liaison function. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with the Research & Applied Global Strategic Accounts from our Life Science division. In this role, you are the single point of contact into Customer Excellence globally for the Global Strategic Accounts Directors based in Western Europe. You ensure an efficient Lead to Cash process by cross functionally coordinating with all teams involved. You will support colleagues with supply chain or quality escalations to provide timely responses to our customers. In this role, you are a key contributor to revenue generation through supporting GSA Directors with on time price renewal. Working together with internal partners within and outside Customer Excellence, you find solutions to enable an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will be part of a multicultural team based across several Customer Excellence locations.
Who you are:
You gained successful experience in a Customer Excellence role – good knowledge of organization, systems and processes
You have experience in project / team coordination
You have an advanced level in Microsoft Excel
You have a problem solving mindset, with great ability to question and listen
You are fluent in English. Fluency in French, German or other European language is an asset
You have excellent influential and negotiation skills
You are a team player, customer focused, with high sense of urgency
