As a part of our Global Mobility team, you will be responsible for several projects regarding global mobility. For example, you will be involved in creating a mobility program for interns; setting up mobility processes for business travelers; creating internal platforms for Global Mobility team.
What youll do
Support HR and the Global Mobility (GM) team with Data Quality;
Provide advice and a project plan to improve current GM processes;
Work in a cross-functional setting e.g. work with tax office and line managers;
Build in smart excel integration and macros to automate processes and analytics.
These are the mini projects you will work on:
Research and set-up a Talent Mobility package for interns incl. a policy
Work on the internal information website the Beat provide Talent Mobility information on the site.
Streamline finance process for Talent Mobility invoices
General data quality processing
Talent Mobility process mapping
Research and set-up a Business Travelers policy
Set-up a Brexit After Care plan
What youll need
Students in the area of Human Resources, Psychology, Tax, Business Management or equivalent;
Excellent proficiency in English;
Helicopter view but also attention to details;
EU citizenship or enrollment in a Dutch university due to working permit regulations.
What is nice to have
Curious & Eager to learn;
Some knowledge of Global Mobility / Assignment management;
