We are currently looking for a Global Mobility Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will work closely with different business units. As a Global Mobility Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that all internationals (incl. family members) are taken care of and are offered high quality support and services. Together with the Global Mobility team, you help deploy and explain TomTom Mobility policies.
What youll do
Advise hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on considerations and cost estimations related to foreign local hires and assignees;
Manage and calculate foreign local hire and assignee costs based on TomToms Global Mobility policy;
Collaborate with the Reward Tax Specialist on the tax obligations, wage tax returns in various countries, and other specific tax related topics of the foreign local hires and assignees;
Advise TomTom future employees with their relocation from one country to another and provide a smooth process, as per TomToms Global Mobility policy;
Advise future TomTom employees with their immigration process such as visa applications, work permits, and other immigration procedures on a Global level;
Manage all Dutch Immigration procedures for our foreign local hires and assignees with our vendor, and act as the main contact in this regard;
Manage internal Global Mobility stakeholders involved with our foreign local hires and assignees;
Collaborate with internal and external Global Mobility service providers;
Main contact point and subject matter expert on immigration and mobility topics for our foreign local hire and assignee population;
Collaborate with Finance for the correct allocation of costs for Global Mobility;
Provide guidance on policies and processes, manage service issue escalations, and act as an advocate for the employee experience.

What youll need
You are likely to have a Bachelor or Master degree in HR Management, social or business sciences and between 1 to 2 years of relevant mobility / expat management experience; or 3 to 4 years relevant experience in HR administration and service delivery
You have knowledge of the Dutch immigration legislation
You have knowledge and experience in Global Assignment Management
You have a basic knowledge of local and international tax, social security and labor legislation.
You are a self-starter, think creatively, curious by nature and work independently to resolve issues. With your positive attitude and energy, you are able to work in a fast paced, target driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints.
You have excellent communication and presentations skills and are able to interact with different cultures and levels of management. You have proven experience with high demand requests and different types of personal conversations.
You are a quick learner and focused on a fantastic new hire experience
You have excellent analytical skills, strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
You are fluent in English and Dutch
