Global Marketing Ops Integration PMO

For this integration project we would like to offer a challenging and unique opportunity to become a member of the Marketing integration team.
Part of Marketing Ops team working closely with Global Marketing Ops Lead, Marketing and other functional workstreams and regions to support achievement of project deliverables;
Identifying GTM requirements within the integration project by connecting with Marketing PMO and/or functional and regional teams; coordinating a request approval and validation process;
Coordinating GTM planning and execution with the Content team, resources planning both internal and external (agencies);
Managing Global Marketing Ops budget, coordinating approval process and tracking, etc.;
Coordinating communication flow and regular meetings between Global and Regional Marketing Ops teams as well as other functions;
In cooperation with Regional and Local Marketing Ops team maintaining a holistic view on iPFS Execution GTM plans;
Maintain and update the Marketing Ops integration project plan and toolkits

An independent position with responsibilities
Working in an international team with international colleagues
Business school/university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in a Marketing, project management or strategic planning function
Experience of using Project Planning tools and theory
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels
Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, and track progress
Microsoft Office literate, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills in English
