be a valuable member of the Philips University Enablement and Activation team. In this role, you will be the linking pin between Regional Learning Leads, Learning Business Partners and Learning Consultants. You will be working on creating and executing learning delivery plans, maintain the learning launch calendar, deploy new learning programs across the globe as well as managing learning activation for globally driven projects.

The global enablement and activation team (6 fte) is based out of Amsterdam and Eindhoven.
You are responsible for
Give assessment input to enable the learning intake decision making process
Co-create with learning consultants and regional learning leads for successful delivery of newly created learning programs,
Ensure effective and high quality learning delivery, in close cooperation with Regional Learning Leads, Learning Consultants, and Shared Learning Services
Activate and deploy our existing learning portfolio
Deal with incoming operational questions, provide support where needed and work closely together with your stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Managing a portfolio of small learning delivery projects
Support in global learning demand forecasting, planning and scheduling
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A bachelor or master s degree
1-3 years (including gained during an internship) of work experience in a comparable multinational / culture environment
Thrive in a growth environment – Must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working in environments of high ambiguity
Be self-starting and work autonomous, be creative yet have a highly developed attention to detail
Have a structured mind set with an eye for standardization and continuous improvement
Willingness to travel between Eindhoven and Amsterdam (~50%/50%)
Proficient in English is required
Strong communication skills, both in written as well as in verbal communication
