What youll do
Successfully plan, organize and execute events end-to-end globally, including: identifying events and opportunities together with the business unit marketing leads; executing contracts and managing the budget; organizing creative production; defining event messaging and communicating with staff and attendees; attending the actual events and overseeing set-up and take-down; implementing pre- and post-event outreach; ensuring streamlined event operations and follow-up, and maintaining on-brand execution
Lead seamless logistics and technical production of events through strategic partnerships with internal and external partners
Drive synergies and work cross-functionally with sales, communications, social media, creative, and other teams to create event agendas and content that are integrated into the overall marketing strategy, tagged for tracking and analytics purposes and evaluated on a regular basis for performance evaluation
Measure and review the performance of the events to constantly improve quality e.g. create a post-event status reports to determine lessons learned
Drive digital shift within the events mix and approach
Work with the marketing leads and regional sales and business teams to continually identify, propose and implement new opportunities
What youll need
Bachelor or masters degree in Marketing / PR / Event management, international business
Project Management experience, to ensure a consistent and efficient way of working
A seasoned Event Marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years experience managing global tradeshows and exhibitions from concept to execution, across a complex, international organization
A collaborative and flexible mindset, with the ability to liaise and influence across different levels of the organization
Fluent written and spoken English
