Global Digital Programmatic Manager

The Global Digital programmatic manager will lead the digital media investment strategy for JDE. This role will own digital media investment. Managing the digital investments across +30 markets globally. Spanning all digital media, social, programmatic an performance marketing activity. As the lead contact for all countries digital media investment they will be responsible to work with our agency partner on the tracking and performance of our digital spends
This role sits within our Global Digital team and will work the entire JDE digital media spend to activate benchmarks an global best practices.
own key relationships with digital partners such as Google and Facebook and work in collaboration with the procurement team to deliver a quality investment efficiently.
works with local and global JDE marketing teams to understand and improve current buying techniques, market relationship and dynamics.
uses campaign data to challenge our partners and platforms to look for new solutions within our media plans.
ensure our campaigns are fully tracked, optimized per the guidelines and policies in place.
agree optimization strategies and executions with both the local markets and agency partner
Works in an agile manner to adjust plans as needed
7-10 Years of experience in a client or agency role. This role requires an individual who is strong will stakeholder management, autonomous and able to interpret data well. Having worked in a global role, managing optimizations and planning across markets. Strong communications skills required. DCM/DBM/GA360/ IAS experience would be preferred. Analytical mindset to setup objective, KPIs, optimisations, commercially driven, Handled digital agency relationships, Process & budget management
