European Demand & Supply Planning Specialist
As an European Demand & Supply Management Specialist, you are overall responsible for the E2E demand and supply Planning for a Product Group across EMEA.
Being the owner of monthly Sales and Ops process, you are responsible for the attainment of your Product Group operational KPIs, and ensure quality deliverables
Your bring your skills and experience to the table, and contribute proactively to EDSM projects, and overall optimization of EDSM processes

Lead the monthly S&OP process and manage the commitment each stakeholder has according to the process & governance model
Analyse the local statistical forecast and challenge deviations caused by statistical forecast anomalies, deals/tenders and local sales input by using validation vs historic sales, market information and competitor info. If necessary decide upon changes in the forecast
Analyse forecast accuracy reports and take actions to improve the accuracy levels towards the given KPIs
Manage scarce items (Hot Items), BOL/EOL (Beginning of Life, End of Life) allocation ratio per country through pre-defined rules
Responsible for virtual warehouse split, material kit planning, replenishment orders and inter-warehouse transfers
Accountable for all Supply Planning item attributes (item set-up, naming, sourcing, lead-times, FLM, etc.)
Liaise with Canon INC / 3rd party suppliers to optimize the supply to (rapid) changes in demand
Initiate and lead internal projects or projects with other departments in order to improve the EDSM activities
As assigned actively participate in projects (e.g. corporate improvement, systems upgrades, process improvements, etc.) which are affecting EDSM:
Actively initiate or support process improvement and knowledge sharing throughout the business

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in similar position
Minimum Bachelor-level education
