So, lets cut to the chase: OutSystems is currently seeking a Director, Global Strategic Alliances to build strategic relationships with key Global Systems Integrators such as KPMG, Accenture, Deloitte, etc. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Global Strategic Alliances and can be based remotely.

Customers experience tremendous cost savings and create competitive advantages by developing custom applications in days and weeks versus months and years, despite a shortage of skilled developers.
The ideal Director, GSI Alliances Lead will have proven experience managing complex alliances with Global Systems Integrators, inclusive of setting strategy, driving business and technical alignment, communicating actively with executives on both sides, leading sales and field enablement efforts, and monitoring/measuring the health of the partnerships. This person will be responsible for establishing, building and growing large enterprise practices inside the GSIs. The person will need to provide the leadership necessary to guide multiple cross-functional teams within both organizations to a common, successful outcome.
Recruit, Enable, Grow the joint businesses with the top consulting firms and outsourcers
Work with global leader(s) from the leading consulting and outsourcers to develop a joint strategy and plan that includes investments in capacity and skills, co-selling (influenced) revenue, and development of industry & cloud-based accelerators.
Work with the global channels & alliances team members to leverage global GTM plans that align with the EMEA strategy and develop
Execute, manage and deliver global pipeline and revenue tied to the GSI strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelors Degree and at least 12-14 years of experience of alliances management or channel sales within GSIs & Advisory Partners in EMEA (or global) role (SAAS/PAAS preferred)
Experience using an established enterprise software sales process/forecasting methodology
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead joint business planning efforts.
Accustomed to exceeding revenue and growth targets (top 10-20% of company performers)
Strong GSI success stories, contacts and references
Travel as needed (25%-40%)
Sales and Business Development DNA – hunting mentality, tenacity
Brains, intensity, diplomacy
Europe (Major countries including UK, Netherlands, Germany). Others locations considered exceptional candidates.
