What youll do
Analyze complaints, requirements and suggestions provided by new and existing customers via ticket management system. Analysis is done in close collaboration with TomTom internal Subject Matter Experts
Prepare the tickets in a way that decisions can be taken for efficiently resolving the raised topics within the NDS map production processes
Collaborate with project managers and the quality team to prevent critical defects from re-occurring by supporting the implementation of automated tests
Analyze trend of defect root cases, gaps
Strengthen relationships and improve communication between NDS and co-located stakeholders to optimize defect handling
What youll need
Basic software education and 1year experience in software development environment
Basic knowledge about Geographic Information Systems and digital maps
Basic knowledge querying databases, e.g. SQL
Fluent speaking and writing English
Basic knowledge of NDS is a plus

Your team is NDS (Navigation Data Standard). Part of TomToms Location Technology Products technical unit, the NDS product unit compiles TomTom Maps source data into an application-friendly run time format for use in TomToms navigation applications and services, as well as third-party partners and customers. Map management and full scope updates are central. On this team, you will create the most innovative technologies to transform online and embedded navigation around the world, ultimately shaping tomorrows mobility.
