Customer Support Consultant (French)

The French Customer Support Team is growing and seeking for new members to join our team.
What does it meant to be a customer support consultant at IDEXX?
Its not just about troubleshooting biotech equipment (hematology & biochemistry), although you will do that too. We want you to think with our customers. We want you to be able to raise your hand and highlight ways in which to improve what we do, as well as pro-actively detect trends. You will also be highly engaged in customer education & training, giving veterinarians an understanding of WHY they should use certain products and HOW they can best work with them. Theres routine in the role (like in any), but there is much more beyond that. Your customers will challenge you and you will need to remain cool under pressure and with your inspiration, or the assistance of your peers, you will always find a solution.
In This RoleA big variety of tasks is waiting for you:
You will be supporting all IDEXX in House instruments (biochemistry, hematology, endocrinology and more but dont worry we will provide you a specific training at your arrival and during your career path within IDEXX.
Working as a team to ensure that we provide the best customer experience.
Managing customers request from inbound/outbound calls and emails.
Collaborate with multiple departments (advance customer support team.) to articulate different pro-active solutions.
Who we are looking for?
To be successful in this role there are a couple of mandatory elements.
You must be customer oriented and have some experience within a customer support environment. For this consultant role you will be helping clients based in France therefore you will need to speak Frenchon a native level.
Only candidates living already in the Netherlands will be considered.
You will need to understand how the world of biotech equipment works. You could also be a bit techy it will help.
And then there are other elements which we would like to see. We are looking for smart, agile, creative people, who also can anchor these traits with a high degree of accuracy and an analytical mindset. Things are changing at such a rapid pace at IDEXX. We are an ambitious company with a strong commitment to grow. So, you will need to understand that this requires a degree of flexibility on your side, to take on new challenges, to think outside of the box and to be stretched beyond your comfort zone. What this means for you however, is that you will be growing as we grow.
