In this position, you will play a key role in driving a major transformation in the area of Customer Fulfillment (Order Management & Contract Management), involving process, system and organizational change. Through effective collaboration and an efficient dialogue with NSOs (National Sales Organizations) and other key stakeholders, you will ensure timely and successful implementation of the project or initiative.

As our Customer Fulfillment Competence Center Specialist you:
Lead the project to prioritize signed off project work based on analysis of strategic importance, dependencies, challenges, resources and deadlines.
Lead the gathering, prioritizing and validation of business requirements through meetings, workshops, brainstorming and from other information and documents in Internal projects.
Manage the stakeholders and team members to design a solution that meets their expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines and strategy.
Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to key stakeholders including management and central/local users in an appropriate and timely manner.

In order for you to be successful in this role, you bring to the table:
More than 3 years of experience as Project Lead, preferably managing multiple projects of varied complexity simultaneously in an international environment.
Good understanding of the end-to-end Quote to Invoice process. Order Management and Contract Management experience preferred.
Impeccable communication skills in facilitation, written documentation, status reporting and presentations.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and decision-making skills.
Affinity with technology (EDI connections, robotics, etc.).
