The Commercial Excellence Team
The Commercial Excellence team consists of seven people and we are a part of the Innovation organization. With our background in sales and marketing, we enable our 28 operating companies to meet Trouw Nutritions business objectives and execute the companys strategy. We do this by facilitating the implementation of effective sales and marketing processes, as well as supporting tactics, applications and tools.
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence & CRM Specialist to join our global team. In this international position, you report directly to the Global Commercial Excellence Manager. We offer a position that allows you to deep dive into different markets worldwide and to bring our CRM application to the next level.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As Commercial Excellence & CRM Specialist, you enable our operating companies (OpCos) to meet their business objectives by facilitating that an integrated marketing and sales approach is further developed and implemented.
When speaking about an integrated marketing and sales approach, you should think of efficient processes as well as supporting tactics, applications and tools that as a combined package support the operating companies in meeting their business goals. Especially you will be working with implementing and bringing our CRM solution to the next level, and your main areas of responsibility are:
Implement an integrated sales and marketing approach:
Guide and support the OpCos in defining and implementing efficient sales and marketing processes in their respective markets.
Work side by side with the OpCos in implementing tactics such as lead generation, key account management and opportunity/pipeline methodology.
Facilitate and guide the implementation of applications and tools that support the sales and marketing processes worldwide such as CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), Resco, Clickdimensions, Showpad, and Power BI.
Mentor and train on the CRM application:
Train sales and marketing colleagues with the OpCos via Train-the-Trainer program on CRM and other supporting applications and tools.
Ensure that the OpCos maximize the use of the CRM application, and work with them from a lets strive for working smarter and better mindset.
Facilitate that the OpCos make use of customer insights, reports and dashboards within CRM/Power BI to enable better and more informed decision-making on customers.
Translate the needs of the OpCos on CRM and ensure the needs are configured into useful solutions.
Champion sales and marketing excellence:
Drive and think together with the OpCos – in (new) complementary online/digital and offline marketing activities such as website, social media, and new technologies for marketing campaigns.
Encourage a network of key users and champions internationally to share their knowledge and expertise to bring our way of working within sales and marketing to the next level.
The Commercial Excellence & CRM Specialist is a full-time position with our global office. You can chose to work out of our offices in either Amersfoort or Boxmeer, The Netherlands. You should expect to travel up to 25% of working time in this position.
Sales and marketing driven with a solid understanding of sales and marketing processes and supporting applications and tools such as CRM, business intelligence solutions, and lead generations.
MBA or min. BSc level education in Business Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or comparable.
Experience in developing and implementing processes to generate leads, build and nurture customer relationships resulting in a sale.
Proven record of accomplishment in working with complementary online/digital and offline marketing activities and communications tools.
Experienced key user, administrator or configurator of CRM-solutions and endorser of a structured way of working in sales with high data discipline. You are IT-savvy as the implementation of CRM/supporting applications and tools is at the core of this position.
A team-player that communicates and collaborates well with business colleagues in various functions both with the global HQ and in the operating companies. Experience from one or more globally operating companies in which you have influenced people at different levels of the organizations.
An open and constructive mind-set, and with strategic yet operational lets make things happen attitude. Self-driven, results-orientated and able to work independently with a sense of urgency and able to get things done.
Social and emotional intelligence with good listening and communications skills to understand market needs, as well as influencing skills to achieve business objectives.
Willing and able to travel internationally up to 25% of working time.
Fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking) is mandatory, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Able to match an annual salary level of max. EUR 65,000 excl. bonus, vacation money, and pension.
