Oil production is from 2 systems both Schoonebeek and Rotterdam these systems have EOSL beyond 2040 and make up a substantial part of Asset NPV. The combined production systems are structured into 4 Production Units (PUs) that operate based on the flip the triangle concept highly empowered to own and drive their business.
Over the past years, Asset Land has successfully pursued a Late Life Operations strategy, driving the Asset to significantly reduce its Operating Cost, increased Availability and sustain strong WRFM performance.. Delivery of efficient and effective D&R activities is also embraced as a key value lever for the asset as significant number of systems will reach EOSL by 2025
Longevity of the Asset is dependent on finding a path to progress future development opportunities in a mutually beneficial way with external stakeholders in the respective local communities, combined with a credible efficient approach in dealing with any damages or fall outs from gas development and production.
