About the Position
The Cash Payables Manager is a position that lies within the European Supply Chain HUB. Youll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Youll be reporting into the hed of Procurement Finance. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibility is to Execute routines of month-close and forecast for Accounts Payable (AP) EMEA Procurement. You will also be responsible for control of key performance indicators, evaluating procurement performance through data analytics, and supporting the budget costing process
In brief, you will be responsible for;
Actuals, Forecast and Budget
Close of AP Results for EMEA reconciliation and understanding of variance vs forecast & budget
Forecast AP EMEA build a bottom-up forecast for AP EMEA in a monthly basis
Budget AP EMEA build the bottom-up budget for AP EMEA once a year
Develop a AP Dashboard for Data Analytics of Payment Terms (PT by region, category, supplier)
Develop a Simulator of Payment Terms and Cash Payables Impact for Procurement
Prepare analytics to evaluate AP EMEA dynamics vs forecast/budget/previous year
Analyze data to evaluate volume dynamics on AP, as well as AP x Inventory relationship
Monthly Cash Agenda with Procurement to present results and to push & keep track of cash plan
Establish monthly routines with S&OP, Finance and Business Units to evaluate volume dynamics as well as AP activities
Support on Blocked Invoices Management

Advanced Microsoft Excel is a must
Logical thinking and ability to work with complex data
Ability to communicate in a simple manner
Sense of Responsibility and Ownership
Willingness to make a difference and generate value to the company finance mindset
A degree in Finance/accounting/Business management and related fields
Minimum 2-3 years experience in financial field
Fluency in English is necessary
