ADM Application Development and Maintenance
Application Development & Maintenance (ADM), as defined in the new Operating model is a practice that will consolidates all the custom/bespoke application development, production support and maintenance across all units.

As Operations Lead, you will be responsible for all the Operations activities for our client which include application deployment, Incident and Problem management, Service request fulfillment, Reproduce customer issues, Env and product configuration changes etc.
Role would be related to handling Incident Management, Problem Management, Availability management, Release Management and related ITSM processes.
You will work closely with the Development team and business ensuring high availability of the application.
Our ideal candidate
Working experience in Huawei NGBSS suite of applications including Convergent Billing System (CBS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), IP Contact Center (IPCC), Business Intelligence (BI), Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Provisioning, Mediation and Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) specially release management/deployment and L2 skills in the mentioned suite of applications.
7+ years experience in working in a Support and maintenance engagement with minimum 3 years of experience working on the above mentioned suite of applications.
Hands on experience on various ITIL Processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Release and Change Management etc.
Knowledge of various telecom order journeys including customer interaction and management, order capture, provisioning & fulfillment, fixed & real-time charging and invoicing, mediation and service assurance
Good soft skills and ability to smoothly interact with customer and other stakeholders alike
Working experience in writing SQL/PLSQL queries on Oracle DB, and investigate DB related issues
Knowledge on some IT infrastructures like firewalls, web servers, load balancers and EAI techniques is a must
Working experience in setting up and using monitoring tools to check applications health and investigate point of failures
Experience in replicating the production issues and performing relevant analysis to ensure the production problems are resolved in the SLA time.
