You are part of the management team of the Cloud Tribe. With the Cloud Tribe we are building the future cloud for ING globally. You are part of this mission by supporting the head of the Cloud Tribe and the rest of management team to be maximally successful.
Advising and supporting the Tribe Lead IPC in developing the strategy and preparing plans to deliver priorities and monitoring progress on this;
Prepare presentations and reports for our senior stakeholders (Supervisory Board, Management Board, MT Tech and various local committees)
Keep track of various metrics (e.g. risk profile, global adoption, HR, etc), following up on
Preparing the (management) team meetings, responsible for agenda input, drafting minutes, setting up and monitoring action plans;
Suggesting and implementing improvements to processes and ways of working, acting as a linking pin with other departments;
Act as an ambassador towards other tribes and countries to make sure our strategy is well understood and supported across all ING entities.
Your work environment
You will be working in the Tribe IPC, in close cooperation with other Tribes within TechInfra and a large number of colleagues from different departments.
Masters degree or Bachelors degree;
Solid understanding of IT, as well as the drivers of our business;
5-7 years work experience in an international setting;
Knowledge of ING;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.

Excellent skills in Powerpoint and Excel
Experience with preparing strategy presentations
